Iligan City, June 16, 2013 - An invocation followed by a Philippine National Anthem formally started the rally at the post office complex this city, organized by the Power 23 Movement. The March rally started at 8:00 A.M. with protesters marched around the major streets in Iligan City. This day was also the 63rd Charter day of Iligan City.
