ILIGAN CITY, November 28, 2014 - Datu Antonio Kinoc, a B'laan tribe, member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Peace negotiating panel and member of the Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC), clarified issues that the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) cannot be changed even comma and period. He never saying that the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) cannot be amended nor changed and it is the responsibility of congress. He also clarified about the Local Government units (LGUs) will remain the same under the BBL and cannot be changed. On the other hand, Mr. Bobby Alonto, from Marawi city, member of the Peace negotiating panel and Commissioner, Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC), clarified the issues on the right-to-self determination. Alonto said that their family had a close relationship with the Lobregats in Zamboanga City with their Elders. Timuay Ulama, a Tiduray, BTC Commissioner, emphasized the right of the Indigenous peoples (IPs) under the BBL.
